Susan Nabi
Director
Susan is the owner/director of Winning Edge Employment Services. She has over 30 years of experience in the corporate, special education and employment service venues. Susan is a dedicated advocate for persons having disabilities and utilizes a “whatever it takes” philosophy to ensure that the clients with whom she and her staff work are always successful. It is Susan's priority to ensure that all services and supports provided by Winning Edge Employment Services are individualized, choice-driven, culturally sensitive and designed to promote inclusion. Susan holds a Master of Education, Special Education - Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston - Victoria and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University.
Mindy Ritchie
Project SEARCH Trainer/Employment Specialist
Mindy joined Winning Edge in 2019 as an Employment Specialist. She is primarily responsible for providing skills training and employment services for clients participating in the Project SEARCH - Tyler internship program. Mindy is a graduate of UT Tyler where she received a BS degree in Psychology.
